Shipping policy

Option 1
All Spare parts and New Appliances can be collected directly from our store in Gezina, Pretoria.

Option 2
All Spare parts and Small Appliances can be delivered by courier Countrywide and Worldwide.

Option 3
Large Appliances (Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Stoves, Fridges, etc.) can be delivered by our in-house Delivery Service within a 40km radius of our store in Gezina, Pretoria. Alternatively, you can arrange with a Courier Service of your choice.

Locker Size Selection
Please ensure that the correct locker size is selected when choosing your shipping method. If you are unsure which size to select, we recommend choosing a larger locker size to avoid any delays.

If an incorrect locker size is chosen for your order, you will be contacted and required to pay the outstanding balance before the parcel can be dispatched or collected.
