Refund policy

Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

We do not accept returns on any electrical goods that have already been connected. Further to this it is at the discretion of our credit team to determine whether the goods have been connected to a power supply.

All our non-electrical goods come with a warranty in accordance with supplier specifications. Please retain your electronic or delivery invoice for future reference of the warranty period. We will not accept products brought on good faith.

Credits for goods delivered, if faulty or damaged, is made at our discretion. If goods are faulty the part must be returned in original packaging with the invoice and delivery note.
